Usage:

微信是腾讯公司于2011年1月21日推出的一款通过网络发送语音短信、视频、图片和文字，支持多人群聊的手机聊天软件。微信软件本身完全免费，上微信时产生的上网流量费由网络运营商收取。 2012年9月17日，微信注册用户超过2亿。
On January 21, 2011, Tencent Company released a new micro-messaging software. It can send voice messages, videos, pictures, and texts, and can support group chats via the internet. The software itself is free, but internet providers charge for data fees. By September 17, 2012, over 200 million users had registered to use the software.
