底细 (dǐxì) exact details

Usage:

“底细”是指人或事物的详细情况，也可以指事件的内情。
“底细” refers to the exact details of a person or a matter, and it also means inside information.

Sentences:

1、Xià gè yuè jiù yào jiéhūn le, kě tā hái móbùqíng wèihūnfū de dǐxì.
下个月就要结婚了，可她还摸不清未婚夫的底细。
She is going to get married next month, but she has not known the exact background of her fiancé.
