1. 快叫救护车!Kuài jiào jiùhù chē!
Quick, call an ambulance.
In the unlikely event that someone needs quick hospitalization from a car attack, or for anything else, you can say “Quick, call an ambulance”? 快叫救护车!
快 kuài, quickly.
叫 jiào, to call or get something.
救护 jiùhù, which means to give first-aid.
车 chē, a truck.
救护车 jiùhùchē, an ambulance.
Here is one thing about the sentences with exclamation in Chinese are used to express praise, surprise, anger or some other strong feelings. There are particles coming at the end of the sentences. But these particles can also be omitted. For example, you can say “快叫救护车啊! kuài jiào jiùhùchē a” or you can say “快叫救护车!” Kuài jiào jiùhùchē!

2. 他流了很多血。Tā liúle hěn duō xiě.
He is bleeding badly.
He is bleeding badly. In Chinese it’s 他流了很多血.
他 tā, he.
流 liú, to flow.
了 le, is a particle here. It’s used after a verb to indicate the completion of the change.
很多 hěn duō, a lot.
血 xiě, blood.

3. 没有生命危险吧?Méiyǒu shēngmìng wēixiǎn ba?
Is he in danger?
How is that man invovled in the car accident? Is he in danger? For this you can ask the doctor 没有生命危险吧?
没有 méiyǒu, not to have.
生命 shēngmìng, life.
危险 wēixiǎn, danger.
吧 ba, is a particle.

4. 最好住院观察几天。Zuì hǎo zhù yuàn guānchá jǐ tiān.
He’d better stay in hospital for a few days for observation.
The doctor told us “He’d better stay in hospital for a few days for observation”.Then he may say something like 最好住院观察几天.
最好 zuìhǎo, had better. We explained the usage of "最 zuì" in the previous lessons.
住院 zhùyuàn, to stay in hospital.
观察 guānchá , for observation.
几天 jǐ tiān, several days.
