我 wǒ, means I.

2. 我有点儿爬不动了。Wǒ yǒudiǎnr pá bú dòng le.

去 qù, to go to.
健身房 jiànshēnfáng, gym.

4. 贵在坚持。Guì zài jiānchí.
It is important to keep up.
You know it’s really important to keep up. 贵在坚持.
贵 guì, valuable.
在 zài, rely on.
坚持 jiānchí, the first tone and the second tone respectively. It refers to perseverance.
