Lǜ shāqún , bái yǚshàn
绿纱裙，白羽扇，
A green cotton skirt,a while feather fan,

Zhēnzhū lián kāi míngyuè mǎn
珍珠帘开明月满。
With paerl curtains opened,the bright moon is full.

Chángqū chìhuǒ rù zhūlián
长驱赤火入珠帘。
The red fires,constantly surging ahead, enter the pearl curtains.

Wúqióng dàmò , sì wù fēi wù ,sì yān fēi yān
无穷大漠，似雾非雾，似烟非烟。
In the endless and large desert what appears to be mist is not mist, what appears to be smoke is not smoke.

Jìng yè sī ,qū bú sàn
静夜思，驱不散。
Musing in the quite night,unable to scatter the raging thoughts.

Fēngshēng xìsuì zhúyǐng luàn
风声细碎烛影乱。
The sound of the wind minutely breaks up while candlelights shadows scatter in confusion.

Xiāngsī nóng shí xīn zhuǎndàn
相思浓时心转淡。
The heart turns insipid when the feeling of lovesickness becomes strong.

Yìtiān qīnghuī ,fúguāng zhàorù shuǐjǐng liàn
一天青辉，浮光照入水晶链。
Once the sky brightsen, a floating light illuminates the crystal chain.

Yì miánmián , xīn yǒu xiāngsī xián
意绵绵，心有相思弦。
Desires being incessant, the heart has a bowstring of lovesickness.

Zhǐ xiānxiān zhōng qǔ fù qiānlián
指纤纤衷曲复牵连。
Slender fingers repeatly play the haunting song.

Cónglái liángxiāo duǎn, zhǐ hèn qíngsī cháng
从来良宵短，只恨情丝长。
The night is always short, only lamenting that the traces of passion are long.

Qíngsī cháng, duō qiānbàn
情丝长，多牵绊，
The passions being long-lasting, numerous are yearnings,

Zuò kàn yuèzhōng tiān
坐看月中天。
Sitting down to watch the moon in the sky.
