Ingredients:
500 grams (1.1 lb) glutinous rice flour ground by water mill [flour finely ground with water added to the rice during the process of grinding.]
250 grams (0.55 lb) oranges
100 grams (0.22 lb) sugar
Directions:

1. Use 150 g (10 tbsp) of lukewarm water to mix the flour, shape into a long strip and cut into small squares 0.5 cm (0.2 inch) long each side. Roll them with your hand into balls. Peel the oranges for use later.

2. Put 1,000g (2 cups) of water in the pot together with the sugar and bring to boiling point. Put in the glutinous rice flour balls and cook till they all become afloat. Add the oranges and bring to a boil again. Now take out and put into serving bowls.

Features: The sticky balls have a strong refreshing flavor of oranges.
