Ingredients:
500 grams (1.1 lb) glutinous rice floor
400 grams (0.88 lb) non-glutinous rice flour
250 grams (0.55 lb) sugar
50 grams (0.11 lb) nuts

Directions:

1. Mix the two kinds of flour. Add 200 g (2/5 cup) of water slowly and mix by hand. When the flour is mixed into small grains, put it aside for 30 minutes. Place the dough in a sifter with large holes. Shake while using your hand to help make the dough into grain like rice. Add the sugar.

2. Put 2,000 g (4 cups) of water in the steamer and bring it to a boil. Place a piece of gauze on the steamer and gently and evenly place the dough grains on the gauze. Make sure not to press them. Steam over high heat for 40 minutes and the cake is ready when the grains stick together and the cake has an elastic feel.

Features: Soft indeed.
