Zài nèiménggǔ guǎngwéi liúchuán de “kuàizǐwǔ”yīn yòng kuàizǐ bànwǔ ér démíng, duō zài xǐqìng yànhuì shàng yóu nánzǐ dānrén biǎoyǎn 。Biǎoyǎn shí, wǔzhě dānshǒu huò shuāngshǒu chíkuài, hézhe zhòngrén de gēshēng hé gèzhǒng qiāojīshēng, zài guì、zuò、lì děng zītài zhōng,suízhe tuǐbù de qūshēn、shēntǐ de niǔdòng, yòng kuàizǐ jīdǎ shǒu、bì、jiān、bèi、yāo、tuǐ、jiǎo děng bùwèi, tóngshí hái bànyǒu jīdǎ dìmiàn dòngzuò, biān dǎ biān wǔ. Dòngzuò mǐnjié, gànjìng lìluò, jiēzòugǎn qiáng ,chǎngmiàn qīngsōng rèliè.
Kuàizǐwǔ níngjié zhe ménggǔzú rénmín rè'ài shēnghuó de qíngyì hé měihuà shēnghuó de zhìhuì, shì ménggǔzú rénmín jīngshén shēnghuó de zhòngyào zǔchéng bùfèn. Xiànjīn, ménggǔzú rén mín hái cháng zài kuàizǐ de yìduān yòng xiǎoshéng chuān qǐlái, bìng diǎnzhuì shàng yánsè xiānyàn de chóubù, cóng'ér dàdà zēngqiáng le biǎoxiànlì, shēn shòu dāngdì rénmen de xǐ'ài.
在内蒙古广为流传的“筷子舞”因用筷子伴舞而得名,多在喜庆宴会上由男子单人表演。表演时,舞者单手或双手持筷,和着众人的歌声和各种敲击声,在跪、坐、立等姿态中,随着腿部的屈伸、身体的扭动,用筷子击打手、臂、肩、背、腰、腿、脚等部位,同时还伴有击打地面动作,边打边舞。动作敏捷,干净利落,节奏感强,场面轻松热烈。筷子舞凝结着蒙古族人民热爱生活的情意和美化生活的智慧,是蒙古族人民精神生活的重要组成部分。现今,蒙古族人民还常在筷子的一端用小绳穿起来,并点缀上颜色鲜艳的绸布,从而大大增强了表现力,深受当地人们的喜爱。
Wide spread in inner Mongolia, the Chopsticks Dance is often seen on festive or celebrative feasts with only one man as the dancer. Holding a bunch of chopsticks in one hand or two hands, the dancer remains on the same spot, shaking his shoulders quickly, along with the bending and stretching of legs and rocking of body. In a relaxed and smooth manner, the dancer clapping his own hands, shoulders, waist and legs, etc. by chopsticks and then proceeds in a circle or goes forward and backward in a straight line. The dance’s posture and movements are unrestrained and nimble; the ways of clapping chopsticks are flexible and varied. Reaching the climax, the dancer will be shouting while he is dancing to add to the fun.
