Wánɡ Jiāzhī:"zhè ɡe rén shì zhēn ài wǒ de, tā tūrán xiǎnɡ, xīn xià hōnɡrán yì shēnɡ, ruò yǒu suǒ shī."
王佳芝:“这个人是真爱我的，她突然想，心下轰然一声，若有所失。”
Wánɡ Jiāzhī: He really loves me, she thought. Inside she felt a raw tremor of shock-then a vague sense of loss.

Yì Xiānshenɡ:"Tā línzhōnɡ yí dìnɡ hèn tā. Bú ɡuò wúdú bú zhànɡfu. Bú shì zhè yànɡ de nánzǐhàn, tā yě bú huì ài tā."
易先生:“她临终一定恨他。不过‘无毒不丈夫’。不是这样的男子汉，她也不会爱他。”

Yì Xiānshenɡ:"Dé yì zhījǐ, sǐ ér wú hàn. Tā jué dé tā de yǐnɡzi huì yónɡyuǎn yībànɡ tā, ānwèi tā. Suīrán tā hèn tā, tā zuìhòu duì tā de ɡǎnqínɡ qiánɡliè dào shì shénme ɡǎnqínɡ dōu bù xiānɡɡān le, zhǐ shì yǒu ɡǎnqínɡ. Tā men shì yuánshǐ de lièrén yǔ lièwù de ɡuānxi, hǔ yǔ chānɡ de ɡuānxi, zuì zhōnɡjí de zhànyǒu. Tā zhè cái shēnɡ shì tā de rén, sǐ shì tā de ɡuǐ."
