Mixed Stirred Vegetables 凉拌菜

Ingredients: 1 piece of tofu; 50 grams of tender peas; 50 grams of tomatoes; 15 grams of agarics; proper amount of sesame oil, vegetable oil, salt, monosodium glutamate and scallion mince.

Recipe: Cut the tofu, peas, tomatoes and agarics into small cubes. Boil some water. Scald the cubes and dry them. Heat the pan and add some vegetable oil. Then put scallion mince, salt, tomatoes and monosodium glutamate into the pan. Stir evenly. Then put the scalded tofu, peas and agarics into the pan. At last, sprinkle sesame oil on them.
