没戏 (méi xì) stand no chance
Usage:

“没戏”意为没有可能，没有希望。指事情将以失败告终，不会再有突破。与“有戏”相对。
"没戏(méi xì)" means "hopeless, not having any chance of success". It indicates things will fail at last and there will be no chance to make a breakthrough. Its opposite is "有戏".

Sentences:

1、 Nǐ xiǎng gēn Xiǎolín yuē huì? Tā yòu piàoliang yòu zhāo rén xǐhuan, gūjì méi xì.
你想跟小琳约会？她又漂亮又招人喜欢，估计没戏。
You want to date with Xiaolin? She is pretty and popular. You will have a fat chance.

2、 Rúguǒ yì zhōu nèi nǐ jiē bú dào quèrènxìn, zhè fèn gōngzuò jiù shì méi xì le.
如果一周内你接不到确认信，这份工作就是没戏了。
If you have not received the confirmation letter in one week, it will be unlikely that you can get the job.
