Recipe
Materials
Chicken(one, 500 grams), potatoes(four), green pepper(two), chili(two), green Chinese onion (one), ginger, garlic, pepper.

Steps
1. Chop the chicken into piece. Add two spoons of oil and half spoon of salt, pickle it for 15 min.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut potatoes, green and red peppers and Chinese onion into pieces.
3. Put four spoons of oil into pan and wait until it is hot; put two spoons of sugar into it, stir the sugar until it becomes the syrup, and then put the chicken into the pan, keep on stirring until it is red.
