眼力见儿 (yǎn li jiànr) the person who seems discerning or acts according to circumstances quickly

Usage:

“眼力见儿”,口语。意思是懂得察言观色，能够根据现场情况随机应变的能力。口语也常说一个人“有眼力见儿”或“没眼力见儿”。
