Explanation

这个短句常作为插入语,指说话人非常肯定地表示某件事情将会有一个的不好的结果，含有批评、生气、责备的语气，意在提醒对方要考虑到可能发生的不良后果，不要盲目做某事。

This phrase is often used as a parenthesis indicating that the speaker is quite sure that somebody’s some behaviors will lead to unsatisfactory results.
