1. 你能帮我一个忙吗? Nǐ néng bāng wǒ yí gè máng ma?
Would you please do me a favor? 
In many cases, whether at the supper market, the bank, the restaurant we might ask for help sometimes. In English we say "would you please do me a favor"? It's "ni3 neng2 bang1 wo3 yi2ge mang2 ma"in Chinese.
The first part is "ni3", which means you.
And the second part is "neng2", and it means "be able to do something".
The third part is "bang1 wo3" which means to help me
"bang1" means to help.
"bang1 wo3", to help me.
Next part is "yi2 ge4" which means one, Don't forget that "yi1" means one and "ge4" is a measure word.
"mang2" means help or favor.
"ma" indicates a question.
bang1 mang2 means help. bang1 wo3 yi2 ge4 mang2, do me a favor. "ni3 neng2 bang1 wo3 yi2ge4 mang2 ma", would you please do me a favor?
当然可以。Dāngrán kěyǐ.

If the answer is "of course", in Chinese you can say"dang1ran2 ke2yi3".
"dang1ran2" means of course."ke2yi3" means "could, be able to do something".

3. 能帮我照张相吗?Néng bāng wǒ zhào zhāng xiàng ma?
Could you please help me take a picture?
Sometimes you go to the parks for fun. And you need some Chinese help you take a photo.You can say: neng2 bang1 wo3 zhao4 zhang1 xiang4 ma? neng2 means can.
bang1 again is to help.
wo3, I.
zhao4 xiang4 is to take a photo.
please be noted that here we put a Chinese measure word, which is zhang1 between the word.
so "to take a photo" in Chinese is zhao4 zhang1xiang4.
ma here is a particle.

4. 我能帮助你吗?Wǒ néng bāngzhù nǐ ma?
Can I help you?
People do need to offer their help sometimes. In English it's simple. We just say "can I help you?". In Chinese we say: wo3 neng2 bang1zhu4 ni3 ma? wo3 is I. neng2, is could. bang1zhu4 is to help. ni3 is you. ma here is a particle. It doesn't have any meaning.If you want to offer help, you can say: wo3 neng2 bang1zhu4 ni3 ma? "Can I help you?"
