mai3, to buy.
yi2, one.
jian4, a measure word for clothes.
qi2pao2, cheongsam.

2. 这是什么料子的?Zhè shì shénme liàozi de?
What is it made of?
Zhe2, this.
shi4, is.
shen2me, what.
liao4zi, material.  

3. 蓝色的好还是黄色的好?Lánsè de hǎo háishì huángsè de hǎo?
Which do think is better? The blue one or the yellow one?
If it's really hard for you to make the decision of which one to buy, you can ask some other Chinese friends for advice. They can give you better suggestions. You can say: Lan2se4 de hai2shi huang2se4 de hao3?

4. 能试试吗?Néng shìshi ma?
Can I have a try on it?
Most of the time when you finally choose the one suits you, you may wonder if you can have that clothes on. Then the Chinese for that should be: neng2 shi4 shi ma?
neng2, can.
shi4 shi, to have a try on .
ma, a particle. 

5. 能打折吗?Néng dǎ zhé ma?
Is it possible to get a discount?
You're satisfied with this one. You want to buy it. And you need to know the price for it. Also you want to get a discount. You can ask them: neng2 da3 zhe2 ma?
neng2, again means can.
da3 zhe2, get a discount.
ma, a particle to indicate that this is a question.
