你们 nǐmen, you.
一定 yídìng, certainly.
不会 bú huì, will not.
失望 shīwàng, be disappointed.

3. 我希望日程不要太紧。 Wǒ xīwàng rìchéng bú yào tài jǐn.
I don’t want a busy schedule.

我 wǒ, is I.

Where can I buy souvenirs?
