Triple-color Soup

Ingredients:Soybean sprouts: 1000 grams; shredded ginger: 20k; chill; seed oil, white vinegar; wet starch; chicken broth; salt; sesame oil and monosodium glutamate.

Recipe:Fill the wok with the seed oil, heat it until hot, put the soybean sprouts in it, fry them for a while, add white vinegar, fry them until medium rare and take them out of the wok; put the chicken broth and the shredded ginger to the wok, boil them, add the chill into it, add the soybean sprouts and salt, thicken the soup with the wet starch and then pour in the sesame oil.

Benefits:Expels wind and repels dampness; promotes the coronary arteries’ circulation to remove obstructions in the heart-vessels; mainly heals the gonyalgia and lumbago.

Tips: People who suffer from anemofrigid-damp arthralgia shouldn’t eat raw or cold foods such as persimmons, dried persimmons, watermelon, celery, cucumber, crab, escargot or kelp, while those suffering from pyretic arthralgia shouldn’t eat hot foods such as pepper, cinnamon, chill, scallion stalk and wine.
