Mung bean and pumpkin soup 绿豆南瓜汤

Ingredients: 50 grams of mung beans; 500 grams of pumpkin; salt

Recipe: clean the mung beans with clear water. While the mung beans are still wet, add some salt and stir evenly. After a few minutes wash the mung beans. Peel the pumpkin and throw out the pulp. Cut the pumpkin into pieces. Boil 500 ml of water in a pot. Then put the mung beans into the boiling water. Two minutes later, add some cold water to the pot and boil it again. Put the pumpkin pieces into the pot and boil them at a low temperature for 30 minutes until the mung beans are cooked. Add some salt and the dish is ready.
